MASSAGES

Get to know each member of our team before your stay.Massages act as a key part of the recovery process. Since 2021, we are delighted to offer traditional kenyan massages at The Swiss Side.

 

Our team of masseurs and physiotherapists, leaded by Isaac, has some years of experience with the best runners in the world and most famous managements : Nike, Adidas and Asics for example. They are proposing some various treatments, such as deep sport massage, trigger points therapy and relaxing massage.

Located in the heart of Iten, our massage centre offers 3 massage rooms equipped with professional massage tables and offering a private and relaxing atmosphere. On demand, some music can be arranged for you.

 

The massage centre is opened every day from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM and is opened to all runners of Iten. It is advised to book your treatment at least 3 hours in advance to guarantee your spot.

TSS 2 massages

Traditional kenyan massage (deep tissues):

This treatment is suitable following difficult sport sessions. It treats musculoskeletal issues due to a high volume of physical constraints. Our advice is to ask progressive intensity of such, to make it efficient for your body.

  • 60 minutes massage

  • Releases deep strains

  • Stretching exercises with the masseur to end the session

  • Perfect when combined with ice bath and sauna

Relaxing massage (light):

This treatment is suitable for people aiming for a relaxing moment, after a working day or when coming in Iten for vacational activities. It consists in a smooth, gentle treatment that relieves muscular tension, increases circulation, and promotes a general sense of relaxation to your body.​​

  • Special offer for couples 

  • Perfect when combined with ice bath and sauna
